This delivery information contains details of the delivery methods, lead times, and charges that apply to all orders.
Delivery time
We will advise you of an estimated lead time for your order before placing your order and we will confirm this again at the point of order.
Free delivery & Charges
We deliver to all parts of the UK, many areas of which includes free delivery. In some areas, we have to charge an additional fee. We heavily subsidise our deliveries and always aim to keep any additional charges to a minimum (Please see our delivery zone map for information on your area.)

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to "Zone five" areas.
Delivery procedure
Your windows and doors will be expertly packed on a pallet with support jig and will be wrapped in weatherproof packaging. We make deliveries using a six-wheeled delivery truck with a Hiab crane. The crane can place your delivery on a driveway but can also reach over fences and walls provided the vehicle can get close enough. Delivery is kerbside, although we will always try and deliver your order as close to your desired location as possible. Due to the weight of the vehicles and extending safety support arms, our delivery vehicles can only operate on hard standing and are not able to drive into your garden, over soft ground, or fields. For delivery to occur we need sufficient space and access for the lorry and unloading crane to manoeuvre. Please ensure that you tell the driver where to place your order so that it does not obstruct anything as we are unable to return and move the package(s) once the vehicle has left your property. We must know there is enough space for safe unloading. Please advise us of any access restrictions you may have to your property and don't forget to think about reaching it too i.e., narrow lane with low hanging trees / tight narrow corner turning into road etc. Our delivery services to all zones and offer of free delivery to properties in zone 1 are offered subject to us being able to use our standard delivery vehicles. If access problems or restrictions to your property mean we are unable to deliver using our standard vehicles then please call us to discuss your requirements. We may need to look at involving a third-party delivery firm locally to you or deliver on a specialised vehicle which will incur additional charges payable by the customer. These circumstances are rare, and we will always work with you to find a solution. Please note: If we don’t have advanced warning of access issues, we may have to abort the delivery and charge you a re-delivery fee.
We will always contact you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery time for your order and will give you an estimated time slot on the day of delivery.
Other information
We deliver to the following countries and territories: England, Scotland, and Wales. We may from time to time agree to deliver products to other countries and territories. Please contact us with your request. Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and be automatically applied to your order during the checkout process except for Zone 4 areas where we will contact you to discuss delivery and quote a charge on application.
All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address or by an appointed person, and a signature must be provided. If your products remain undelivered despite our delivery service provider making at least 1 attempt to deliver, we will send you a note with instructions on how you may collect your products, including a time limit for collection. We may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery even when the initial delivery was free of charge. An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be deemed the fault of the customer is set out below:
a. you provided the wrong address for delivery;
b. there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
c. the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
d. the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
e. there is no person available at the address to accept delivery and provide a signature;
